Section 69 of The Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 comes into force on the 1st October 2013. Gordon is a Barrister practising at Zenith Chambers, Leeds. He was called to the Bar in 1991 having previously qualified and practised as a Solicitor. He practises exclusively in the fields of personal injury and limitation, procedural law, fatal accidents and clinical negligence.

Gordon has written numerous articles on personal injury litigation and civil procedure. He is the author of a number of books including the latest addition on Munkman on Damages for Personal Injury and Death; The APIL Guide to Fatal Accidents; Personal Injury Litigation and Periodical Payments, The New Law.
