NEW HEALTH & SAFETY EXECUTIVE CODE OF PRACTICE FOR WORKPLACES

The Health and Safety Executive have produced a new Code of Practice  dealing with workplaces. It is supplementary to the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992.

With the abolition of the action for breach of statutory duty the guidance given in these Codes provide material as to the standards to which employers should be operating.
